The GrahaTrans TMS Driver app is an internal operational tool used by licensed drivers employed by or contracted with PT. Grahaprima Suksesmandiri Tbk. The application enables drivers to receive delivery orders, navigate to loading and unloading locations, upload delivery documents (Surat Jalan), submit additional cost claims, and mark order statuses in real time.

The app is not available to the general public and is only accessible to registered users with credentials issued by the company's Transport Supervisor team.

To operate the TMS application, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information

  Registered email address and encrypted password used for login authentication.

• GPS Location Data

  Real-time and historical location data used to verify arrival at loading/unloading points within a 500 m radius.

• Photo & Document Uploads

  Photos of Surat Jalan (SJ), receipts (Kwitansi), and other delivery documents captured via the device camera.

• Device Information

  Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers required for app functionality and troubleshooting.

• Order & Trip Data

  Work order details, delivery status updates, SPE numbers, vehicle plate numbers, and timestamps of each delivery step.

• Additional Cost Claims

  Category, amount, description, and supporting photo evidence submitted for loading, unloading, parking, toll, or other operational costs.

• Authenticate driver identity and authorize access to the TMS application.
• Assign and manage delivery orders (Work Orders / Delivery Orders) issued by the Transport Supervisor.
• Verify the driver's arrival at the loading origin and unloading destination within the required 500 m geofence radius.
• Process and validate uploaded Surat Jalan (SJ) documents, which serve as prerequisites for travel allowance (Uang Jalan) disbursement.
• Review and approve additional cost (Additional Cost) submissions before order completion.
• Track real-time truck and shipment status to enable dynamic truck allocation and maximize fleet utilization.
• Provide customers with visibility into their shipment progress.
• Maintain audit trails and operational records for administrative and compliance purposes.
• Improve application performance and resolve technical issues.

The TMS app requires access to your device's precise GPS location. Location data is used to:

• Enable the "Tiba di Lokasi Origin" and "Tiba di Lokasi Tujuan" check-in functions, which are only activatable within 500 m of the designated location.
• Restrict Surat Jalan uploads to within 500 m of the loading or unloading location to ensure document authenticity.
• Display navigation assistance (Get Location / Get Direction) to help drivers reach their assigned destinations.
• Allow the operations team to monitor fleet positions in real time for scheduling and order dispatching efficiency.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• Within the Company: Operational data is accessible to Transport Supervisors, Dispatchers, Finance teams, and Management for order management and reporting purposes.
• With Customers: Delivery status and shipment tracking information may be shared with the customer named in the Work Order, limited to information relevant to their specific shipment.
• Service Providers: We may engage trusted technology service providers who host or maintain the TMS infrastructure. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose outside of providing their services to us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by applicable Indonesian law, government regulation, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of the company, its employees, or the public.

We retain your personal and operational data for as long as your account is active or as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Delivery records, uploaded documents, and cost claims are retained for a minimum period consistent with Indonesian financial, tax, and commercial record-keeping obligations.

Upon termination of your working relationship with PT. Grahaprima Suksesmandiri Tbk, your account will be deactivated and personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Indonesian data protection regulations.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encrypted login credentials and secure authentication sessions.
• HTTPS/TLS encrypted data transmission between the app and TMS servers.

As a registered user of the TMS application, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data (e.g., name, email, vehicle plate number).
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and operational retention obligations.
